The One Square Metre Initiative is a digital real estate investment platform that enables investors to acquire ownership in real estate by purchasing square metres. Instead of waiting until you can afford an entire plot of land, you can begin building your real estate portfolio one square metre at a time.

The One Square Metre Initiative is a Leisure Court project, built to solve a simple problem: full plots are priced out of reach for a lot of people who could otherwise be building equity in land right now. Instead of requiring the full price upfront, we let you buy in by the square metre — starting at 5 sqm — and add to your holding whenever you're ready.

Every purchase is recorded permanently at the price you paid. As infrastructure — roads, drainage, and further development — goes into a plot, the price per square metre rises for new buyers, but never retroactively for sqm you already own. Buy once and that portion stays yours at that price even after the rate goes higher.

Sign up once and your dashboard shows exactly what you own, and at what price — visible only to you. If your plans change, you can request to sell back your square metres at the current rate.
